How does it work?

Email verification

• Sending a one-time code (One Time Password, OTP) to the provided email address.
• The participant enters the received code for confirmation.

Phone Verification

• Sending a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS or voice call to the provided phone number.
• The participant confirms by entering the code.

Why is it important?

• Prevents the use of fake or temporary contact details.
• Increases the reliability of the participant database.
