Background & Company Check

We start with the initial checks on the talent provider online presence, legal setup, leadership, and surface-level compliance signals. This light-touch scan quickly filters out mismatches and flags promising providers for the next stage.

Step 2

Fit Interview

We conduct an initial interview to assess the agency’s ability to deliver to Western European standards covering communication, responsiveness, business maturity, and cultural alignment.

Step 3

Operational Questionnaire

Agencies complete a structured questionnaire covering how they operate, focusing on verification, compliance, hiring practices, skill testing and quality assurance.

Step 4

Meeting to explain the Tota Community

In this meeting, we clarify how Tota operates on behalf of our Western European clients with clear, respectful policies that ensure consistency and trust. We align on key principles such as:

This step ensures mutual understanding and agreement before moving forward.

Candidate-Focused Interview

We follow up with a second interview focused on how the agency sources, vets, and manages tech talent. We assess their ability to match talent to client needs and ensure high delivery quality.

Reference Calls

We speak with two recent client references to validate past performance, delivery reliability, and professionalism.

Final step

Document Review & Compliance Sign-Off

Finally, we conduct a final check: reviewing our initial shortlist, confirming all compliance documents are in order, and validating that every detail aligns with legal and tax requirements.
